Refund & Exchange Policy

Scope: Applies to purchases made at Kalra Export House stores unless otherwise stated.

1. Overview

At Kalra Export House, we want you to be delighted with every purchase. We do not offer returns; however, we provide exchanges for eligible items within the time limits and conditions described below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase (date shown on the original GST invoice).

  • The original GST invoice must be presented at the time of exchange.

  • All original tags must be attached to the item.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Exchanges are subject to inspection — we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of wear, washing, or damage not present at the sale.

3. Price Difference & Adjustments

  • If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference at the time of exchange.

  • If the replacement item has a lower price, the difference will be issued as store credit redeemable on future purchases, unless otherwise agreed.

  • All price adjustments will be processed at the time of exchange.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Certain items are not eligible for exchange. These will be clearly marked at the time of sale. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Clearance or final-sale products.

  • Innerwear and other items restricted for hygiene reasons.

5. How to Request an Exchange

  • Bring the item and the original GST invoice to any Kalra Export House store.

  • Our staff will inspect the item and confirm eligibility.

  • If eligible, we will process the exchange and any price adjustment immediately.

  • If you require assistance before visiting the store, please contact our customer support (phone/email) and we will guide you.​

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is received damaged or is demonstrably defective, please contact the store or visit us as soon as possible so we can inspect and resolve the matter. Defective items may be eligible for an exchange or a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Additional Terms

  • Exchanges are valid only under the conditions set out in this policy.

  • Kalra Export House reserves the right to modify this policy at any time; changes will be posted on our website.

  • This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws; nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
