Kalra Savings Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Kalra Savings Program offered by Kalra Export House. By participating in the program, customers agree to the following terms.

1. Program Eligibility

  • The Kalra Savings Program is open to all customers shopping at Kalra Export House.

  • No membership fee, subscription, or separate registration is required unless otherwise specified by the store.

  • Customers may be required to provide a valid mobile number to track and redeem savings.

2. Earning Savings

  • Eligible purchases made at participating Kalra Export House stores may qualify for savings/reward benefits under the program.

  • The savings value, earning structure, and qualifying criteria may vary from time to time at the sole discretion of Kalra Export House.

  • Certain products, categories, promotional items, taxes, or special offers may be excluded from the program.

3. Redemption of Savings

  • Savings accumulated under the program may be redeemed on future purchases subject to applicable conditions.

  • Savings cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer, or redeemed against previous purchases.

  • Partial or full redemption rules may vary depending on ongoing promotions or billing conditions.

4. Validity

  • Savings earned under the program may carry a validity period determined by Kalra Export House.

  • Expired savings, if any, will not be reinstated or compensated.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • If a purchase is returned, cancelled, or refunded, any savings earned from that transaction may be reversed or adjusted accordingly.

  • If savings were redeemed on a returned purchase, the refund value may be adjusted based on the redeemed amount.

6. Misuse of Program

  • Kalra Export House reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse participation to any customer found misusing the program, providing false information, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

7. Program Changes

  • Kalra Export House reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or change the terms of the Kalra Savings Program at any time without prior notice.

  • The store also reserves the right to change redemption rules, earning criteria, validity periods, and eligible products at its discretion.

8. Technical & Operational Limitations

  • Savings records are maintained digitally and may occasionally be affected by technical or operational issues.

  • In case of any discrepancy, the decision of Kalra Export House shall be final and binding.

9. Privacy

  • Customer information collected for the program, such as name and mobile number, may be used for billing, rewards tracking, customer support, and promotional communication in accordance with applicable laws. Read Privacy Policy.

10. General

  • Participation in the Kalra Savings Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun.
